This revolutionary cap was designed to accommodate virtually any cooler probe used in the bottle water market. The cap is manufactured as a “plus” style cap, which includes the benefit of a resin additive. It incorporates a perforated foam liner that is punctured by the probe upon insertion. There is no inner cap; so “floaters” are eliminated. While not designed to replace the completely closed system of our world-famous SafeGard cap; the U-5 solves issues with non-standard probes at a reduced per unit cost while our patented Kleen Peel label insures a safe and clean entry to the cooler.

The U-5 is available with our standard foam liner for superior leak protection. The foam liner material used by Blackhawk Molding is compliant with both European and FDA directives for contact with food.
Our tamper evident, non-adhesive patented Kleen-Peel™ label is bonded to the cap. The material of the label allows for easy removal. Once removed, it cannot be reapplied, so it will not stick to the bottle or cooler. Contact our office for custom label set-up details.
